It’s the same PSL you know and love, but with a more satisfying flavour that’ll have you craving it again and again. The real game-changer? Using Wonky Coffee beans! They give a rich, bold kick that takes your basic pumpkin spice latte to the next level. Trust me, it’s not just any coffee, it's a wonky coffee. Whether you’re curled up on the couch or on the go, this recipe brings all the cozy fall vibes, thanks to those Wonky beans

  • PSL recipe:

- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1tsp of ground cloves
- 1tsp of ground ginger
- 2tsp of ground nutmeg
- 4tbsp of pumpkin purée

  • PSL latte:

- Brew your espresso using Wonky Coffee beans
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp of your homemade pumpkin spice syrup
- 1/2 a cup of whipped cream
- top with cinnamon

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves, creating a simple syrup.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat. Allow the syrup to cool slightly before using. You can strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pumpkin pulp for a smoother consistency (optional).
  • Pour the syrup into a clean jar or bottle, and store it in the fridge for up to a week.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee using Wonky Coffee beans
  • In a small pot, heat the milk over medium heat, whisking vigorously to create froth, or use a milk frothier. If you prefer cold milk for an iced PSL, skip this step.
  • In your favourite mug, mix the brewed coffee with 2 tablespoons of the homemade pumpkin spice syrup. Pour the steamed or frothed milk on top and stir well.
  • Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon
