Its spooky season, so we decided to create something sustainable and super scary!
This charcoal ghost cappuccino will help you get into the halloween spirit!
Plus it doesn't hurt that you are helping stop waste which you get your spooky caffeine fix
- 1 shot of Wonky espresso
- 1 tsp activated charcoal powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup steamed milk
- Black food colouring (optional)
- Mix the Charcoal: Stir together activated charcoal, honey, and a bit of hot water until it forms a smooth paste.
- Brew the Espresso: Pull your shot of Wonky espresso and pour it into the charcoal mixture.
- Add Milk: Froth your milk and pour it gently into the charcoal-espresso mix, stirring lightly.
