Raspberry Ripple Latte

This irresistible raspberry iced latte is to die for! Literally so easy to make, just pop in your rescued Wonky Coffee Nespresso pod and beans, grab yourself a few raspberries and you are good to go!
My new favourite summer iced coffee, you won't see me without one.
Summer plans? Helping the world become a little less wonky
- Wonky Coffee Pods or beans, 1-2 shots, cooled slightly
- Cold Milk about 1 cup (your choice of milk)
- Fresh Raspberries a handful
- Ice Cubes enough to fill a tall glass
- Make a shot (or two) of espresso using your Wonky Coffee capsules and let it cool slightly.
- In a tall glass, add a handful of fresh raspberries.
- Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to squash the raspberries until they are well mashed.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour cold milk over the ice and mashed raspberries, filling the glass about two-thirds full.
- Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the milk and ice.
- Stir gently to combine, and enjoy your refreshing raspberry latte!
