1. In a tall glass, add equal amounts of sugar and Wonky instant coffee alongside 1-2 tablespoons of water to help dissolve the coffee and sugar 

2. Using a hand held milk frother heavily mix the ingredients until a tick, foamy layer forms. Using a jar with a lid will work perfectly if a frother isn’t available 

3. Fill your tall glass with ice cubes 

4. Adding a milk of your choice to give your frappe and extra creamy kick

5. Give a gentle stir, pop in a straw and enjoy!
