This recipe is cosy autumn in a cup, made with our surplus, rescued coffee that’s too good to waste. Think warming flavours, a nod to the season, and a little sustainability sprinkled in. Good for you, good for the planet.

  • 240ml milk
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 120ml brewed rescued Wonky coffee

  • Warm the milk, then stir in honey, ginger, and cinnamon.
  • Froth the spiced milk until creamy.
  • Pour brewed coffee into a mug, then top with the spiced honey milk.
  • Optional: sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for a cozy finish.
