Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

We all know and love the classic iced brown sugar shaken espresso, but the Wonky version is finally here. Same sweet, creamy goodness you’re obsessed with, just brewed with our perfectly imperfect Wonky coffee. Now your go-to café favourite is easy to whip up at home and helps fight food waste at the same time. Honestly, it’s a win–win (with extra ice).
- 2 shots Wonky espresso
- 1–2 tsp brown sugar
- Splash of hot water
- Ice
- Milk of choice
- Brew 2 shots of Wonky espresso.
- Stir together 1–2 tsp brown sugar with a splash of hot water to make syrup.
- Add espresso, syrup, and ice to a shaker or jar.
- Shake well until chilled and frothy.
- Pour over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of milk of your choice.
