Enter cold brew: the ultra‑smooth, low‑acid way to get your caffeine fix—no scorching scalds on your tongue required. Whether you’re a coffee nerd chasing the perfect extraction or a casual sipper looking for a refreshing pick‑me‑up, mastering cold brew at home is easier (and more wallet‑friendly) than you think.

1. 700ml water

2. 55g Wonky ground coffee

3. Milk (optional)

1. Pour 700ml of water in to a Mason jar

2. Scoop in 55g of your Wonky ground coffee

3. Mix and shake it around (with the lid on of course)

4. Pop it in the fridge for minimum 18 hours

5. Take it out and strain ready to serve and enjoy
