Love dipping a biscuit into your coffee? At Wonky, we thought, “Why not sip it instead?” That’s why we’ve combined everyone’s favourite treat with our passion for sustainability to create the ultimate Iced Biscoff Latte. Creamy, cold‑brew coffee meets ethically sourced Biscoff spread and a sprinkle of crunchy biscuit, all poured over ice for an indulgent, guilt‑free pick‑me‑up. It’s sweet, it’s spiced, and it’s good for the planet. What’s not to love?

  • 2 shots (60 ml) freshly brewed espresso or very strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff spread (plus extra for garnish)
  • 240 ml cold milk of your choice (dairy or plant‑based)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1–2 Biscoff biscuits, crushed

1. Prep the glass.

Smear a thin layer of Biscoff spread all around the inside of a tall glass. This creates an extra-flavourful rim.

2. Combine espresso & spread.
In a small mixing glass or jug, add the Biscoff spread and freshly brewed espresso.

Stir vigorously with a spoon until the spread fully dissolves and the coffee is smooth (about 15–20 seconds).

3. Assemble over ice.

Fill your prepared glass two‑thirds full with ice cubes.
Pour in the cold milk, leaving about 2 cm of headroom.

4. Finish & garnish.
Slowly pour the Biscoff‑espresso mixture over the back of a spoon so it drifts gently into the milk.

Sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top.

If you like it extra indulgent, add a final drizzle of Biscoff spread over the ice.
