There’s something about vanilla cold foam that just makes an iced coffee hit different. It’s creamy, light, and adds that little extra something without being over the top. If you’re into café-style drinks but not into café prices, it’s 100% worth knowing how to whip this up at home.
- 2 tablespoons cold milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons cold heavy cream
- 1–2 teaspoons vanilla syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- Ice (for serving)
- Brewed iced coffee or cold brew (to pour under the foam)
