Cloud Coffee is smooth, frothy, and almost too pretty to drink... almost. It’s light, airy, and perfectly chilled, with a bold coffee kick that’ll have you buzzing in the best way. Made with just a few cupboard staples (no pods, no plastic, no nonsense), it’s proof that great coffee doesn’t need to cost the planet. Minimal ingredients, zero waste, maximum vibes, this is feel-good sipping at its finest.
- 2 tsp Wonky instant coffee
- 2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2–3 tbsp cold water
- Ice
- Cold water or milk (to top up)
- Add your Wonky instant coffee, sugar, and 2–3 tablespoons of cold water to a jar or shaker.
- Shake it like you mean it (or blend it) until it turns thick, frothy, and cloud-like.
- Fill a glass with ice and spoon the froth on top.
- Top up with cold water or milk – your call.
- Give it a swirl or sip it as-is. Either way, it’s a vibe.
