Spiced Honey Latte

This recipe is cosy autumn in a cup, made with our surplus, rescued coffee that’s too good to waste. Think warming flavours, a nod to the season, and a little sustainability sprinkled in. Good for you, good for the planet.
- 240ml milk
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 120ml brewed rescued Wonky coffee
- Warm the milk, then stir in honey, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Froth the spiced milk until creamy.
- Pour brewed coffee into a mug, then top with the spiced honey milk.
- Optional: sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for a cozy finish.
